Ceasar Morrison

Vice President, Finance

As Vice President of Finance, Ceasar Morrison contributes over 18 years of Finance, Accounting and Government Compliance experience to Paragon Sytems, Inc.  In this role, Mr. Morrison is responsible for all aspects of Paragon's financial health, from the establishment of policies and procedures, adherance to internal control measuresand the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. Morrison served in the financial leadership capacity of several well known organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, such as L-3 Communications, US Investigation Services, Primus Telecommunications, and Gannett/USA Today.  Throughout his career, Mr. Morrison has been instrumental in being a key agent of organizational growth and profitability. 

Mr. Morrison holds a bachelor's degree in Business Law and Accounting from Marymount University and is completing his MS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland University College.
