Laura Hagan has nearly two decades of litigation and contracts experience. She is a contributing author to the Matthew Bender Practice Guide: California Contract Litigation (Lexis-Nexis, 2005). Laura’s Government contracting experience includes direct involvement in bid and proposal efforts, as well as drafting and negotiating subcontracts, overseeing contract and regulatory compliance, and advising on a broad range of employment and labor issues. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.
