Megan Bittenbender directs all aspects of recruitment, compensation, employee incentives, benefit administration, personnel records, and labor relations at Paragon. She also oversees the development of personnel policies and programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Bittenbender's previous experience includes key positions with George Mason University, where she oversaw human resources functions for more than 3,000 employees. Among her many accomplishments at Paragon, Bittenbender has developed several partnering initiatives, streamlining key personnel programs and processes for the organization.

Bittenbender holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from George Mason University. She is also certified by the Society for Human Resources Management as a Professional of Human Resources, the highest licensure of human resources professionals in the United States.
