Phil Border directs Paragon Systems' administrative support programs and vital to day-to-day operations. His duties include inventory control/management, technology, communications, occupational health and safety, supply management, corporate licensure, and document repository management. Border brings to Paragon over two decades of law enforcement and related security support experience. He has served as a Military Police Officer with the United States Army, as a Probation/Parole Officer with the North Carolina Department of Corrections, and as an Intelligence Research Analyst with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Throughout his career, Border has authored and implemented training programs and managed quality assurance and operations for the physical security of sensitive infrastructure, including chemical and biological munitions storage facilities.
Border holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University. He also received a Masters of Arts degree in Security Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration on Homeland Security Policy and Coordination.
