Mr. Frank began his career nearly 3 decades ago as a security officer for Burns International in Toledo, OH. Throughout his exceptional career in the security industry, Mr. Frank has been promoted quickly through operational and management positions of increasing responsibility within the Securitas USA organization. His quick mind and deep field experience have served him well throughout his career, including in his most recent role - ten years as the President of the Securitas Global Enterprise Solutions Division (GESD). As the senior official responsible for global customer relationships, Mr. Frank had responsibility for security operations in 27 countries from Europe to Asia and the Americas. He has travelled widely and built a reputation for integrity and commitment through his dealings with employees, international unions, and corporations worldwide. As the CEO, Mr. Frank reports directly to the Board of Directors, with primary responsibility to enhance Paragon’s footprint in the US Government arena of security related services and agencies both domestically and overseas.
Mr. Frank also sat on the Board of Directors for three years of the very successful law enforcement support organization, Crime Stoppers of Southeast Michigan, and was instrumental in steering the organization to a record number of tips received, cases cleared, and over $10 M in drugs seized. He is a strong proponent of building bridges between the private sector, local communities and their local State and Federal law enforcement agencies.
